Level 98 is another level that’s easier to beat on a PC, so if you’ve been struggling on your iPad, try it out on a laptop. Deal with the 8-move candy time bomb that’s in the centre at the start of the game to begin with, then take out the other bombs as they appear.

You’ll notice you get a lot more opportunities to make match-5s than normal during this level – save the colour bombs in case you get a candy bomb appear that you can’t deal with up the top of the grid, and use them to take it out if necessary. Or, if you end up not needing to use it, combine it with a striped or wrapped candy to boost up your score.
