Collecting 250 orders sounds like a tall task, in fact, once you’re through the meringue on this level and you have an open board, the combinations will be easy to make, and you’ll be bringing in those oranges like the man from Del Monte.
If you’re struggling, mix wrapped and striped to get a quick hit on the board, or line up a colour bomb with a striped candy.
The order on level 339 is 250 orange candies in 50 moves. This sounds like a lot of moves, but you will need to get five orange candies per move on average in order to get there. With double-layered meringue blockers and rainbow candies trapped in marmalade, this makes things pretty tricky.
Special candies are key in this level. A striped or wrapped candy or color bomb will have a greater chance of removing more orange candies than just making single matches. If you activate a wrapped or striped candy then you could potentially remove more orange candies and if you make them from orange candies then you will not only gain 4 or 5 towards your order when you form the special candy, but have more chance of removing quite a lot. Color bombs are interesting. Activating one with an orange candy will give you a lot of credits towards your order but then the board will have hardly any orange candies left for a few moves. It can be more useful to match a color bomb with a striped candy so that you clear a significant area of board but still have orange candies there for your next go.
The lack of moves on level 339 is the difficult part about level 339 and therefore using +3 moves could be really useful. Starting with some special candies could help but it really is very much down to luck and using the best moves that you can.
