Level 123 is filled with intense blockers, such as double-layered meringue, chocolate on the sides, and swirled licorice for good measure. The best strategy is to keep the chocolate at bay and under the meringue for as long as you can. If you can keep the chocolate away from the jelly it will be forced to move upward, leaving you to work from the bottom-middle out. Horizontal and vertical striped candy is the way to clear this level. Save your wrapped candy for combinations.
